Boulder Eco-Realty was a concept that had been brewing for awhile. Lisa Klemanski, broker owner, became increasingly disgruntled with the high fees of her brokerage firm. Unsatisfied with the alternatives in the industry, she decided to create a brokerage around serving the collective, our clients and our Realtors. Lisa wanted to create a fun and comfortable atmosphere for her realtors and their clients to reside. It is our goal to inject heart, spirit, and soul into an industry that so desperately needs it!
